We would like to take a moment to thank all the players, parents, coaches, umpires, field maintenance crew, sponsors, and other volunteers who continue to help improve BYB each year.
Sometime in the next month, you will receive a survey asking you to evaluate the 2022 BYB program. Please take the time to complete this as it is critical information in our efforts to continually improve the program.
Thank you everyone for a wonderful 2022 youth baseball season! As always, if you have any input for our board of directors please send it to: email@example.com
Bulldog Youth Baseball Board of Directors
Deadline was March 13th.
Bulldog Youth Baseball was established in 2010 to create a positive environment in which kids will be taught the fundamentals of baseball while learning how to become exceptional people.
Mission Statement: Bulldog Youth Baseball Association’s mission is to provide the youth of Plainview, Elgin, and Millville communities the opportunity to play baseball. Through exemplary leadership; promote the qualities of integrity, discipline, and sportsmanship while teaching, developing, and improving the basic fundamentals of baseball in a fun, learning environment.
PEM kids will play in the Winona County Little League (8U, 10U, 12U & 14U). This league has other area towns in it that we will travel to (and they will travel here). Some of them may include: Dover-Eyota, St. Charles, Chatfield, Lewiston, Altura, Rollingstone, Minnesota City, Goodview, and Ridgeway. This league sets the schedule and the nights that games are played. Typically, practices/games are held on the following nights, but there may be slight changes depending on field availability. Game times are typically around 6:30 pm. We expect the first games to be the week of May 31st and the last games the end of July.
8U - Tuesdays & Thursdays
10U - Mondays & Thursdays
12U - Wednesdays & Fridays
13U/14U - Tuesdays & Fridays
Bulldog Youth Baseball is offering a new program, Junior Legion, that replaces Senior Babe Ruth. Games will be played in the evenings. Junior Legion is made up of primarily 9th and 10th graders, occasionally some 8th graders. Games could be 2 nights per week. Schedule and details will be released in May.
